1. TCAT is Hiring - Help spread the word!
TCAT's current Project Coordinator, Fred Sztabinski, will be leaving TCAT soon to pursue other endeavours outside of Toronto. The TCAT Steering Committee is excited to continue the work of TCAT, in partnership with The Clean Air Partnership, by hiring a new TCAT Research and Program Lead.

This is one final reminder and invitation to join us this Thursday for:

Come Learn about public bike sharing programs from cycling experts and policy
makers. We want you to tell us what a public bike program in Toronto should look like at our forum this fall!

3. Annette Bike Lane Meeting - Tonight, September 15
A message from the office of Councillor Bill Saundercook (Ward 14 Parkdale-High Park):
In June 2008 City Council approved bike lanes for the section of Annette Street between Runnymede Road and Dundas Street West. As your Councillor I would like to discuss the section between Runnymede Road and Jane St. with you the community.
The public meeting will include a presentation on alternatives for providing bike facilities west of Runnymede Road to Jane Street. Comments and questions may be submitted directly to staff and will be reviewed and considered.
The public meeting is scheduled for:
Monday September 15th, 2008
